- Special Orders
Occasionally, customers will ask if we are able to ‘special order’ a particular item currently not available in the store. Some of our brands have back-up
inventory. Many of our manufacturers cut and dye the styles to our specific and unique order. And finally, much of our merchandise is simply not eligible to be resupplied. For that reason, special order requests are often not possible.
In the event a request is able to be fulfilled, it may require time and some patience on the part of the customer. Most of our Made in the USA items will take 4-6 weeks to complete a request.
We strongly recommend that any customer requesting a particular item be familiar with the fit, quality, color and style of that particular item. Our policy requires payment in full at the time of the special order request. Special orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
We will only accept a special order when we have verified that the item requested will be able to be fulfilled and approximately how long it will take to ship to the customer. Additionally, we require an acknowledgement form to be completed online by the person placing the order of the above stated policy and restrictions.
We suggest that if there is an interest in the possibility of placing a Special Order a customer email us first to determine what is possible. We will provide the information when we receive it. We will then provide instructions as to how to proceed with a Special Order.
